Accounts and bank-file imports
Add accounts and import CSV, OFX or QIF files. Preview the entries, map fields when needed and check duplicate warnings before confirming. Original amounts remain available when accounts use different currencies.
Personal finance for Australians
Understand where your money went, what is due next and what your plans could mean for your future balance.
Know what happened
A bank balance tells you what is left, but not why. Organise transactions by account, merchant, category and label to see which purchases are shaping your spending.

Find transactions by date, account, merchant or category. Split a mixed purchase into the categories it belongs to, add notes and labels, and approve rules for repeat transactions.
File imports are snapshots, not continuous bank feeds. You do not need to give Worksheets your bank username or password to import a statement.
Know what is happening now
Set spending limits for the periods that suit you, compare actual spending with your plan and choose rollover settings. Safe to Spend shows how your liquid cash is reduced by commitments within the selected period, with a breakdown you can inspect.
Keep upcoming bills, subscriptions and income schedules together. Calendar views distinguish future commitments from paid or overdue items. Review suggested payment matches against your bank transactions.
Safe to Spend depends on the accounts and commitments you have recorded. Missing bills or out-of-date balances can change the result.
Keep the evidence with the payment
Photograph a receipt from your phone or choose an existing image. Review the merchant, amount and purchase date suggested by OCR, then link the receipt to the correct imported payment. The link does not create a second expense.
Store receipts, warranties, insurance records and other personal documents. Search, tag and link a stored document to the relevant transaction or asset without uploading another copy. Add reminders for important document dates.
Mark relevant receipts for review, record their purpose and add work-use or reimbursement details. Export structured accountant CSV records and retain the source documents separately. A category or receipt does not establish tax deductibility.
OCR suggestions can be wrong. Check the receipt before saving, enter missing details manually, or leave it unmatched until the bank payment is available.
Plan what comes next
Track savings goals, assets and debts. Compare repayment scenarios and cashflow projections using your stored balances and schedules. What-If scenarios stay separate from real transactions, accounts and budgets.
Ask about your spending, bills, balances or goals. Financial answers use the Personal information available to your account and calculated results. Missing records cannot be filled in by a reliable answer.
Forecasts and debt models are estimates for planning, not guaranteed outcomes or personalised financial advice.
No. Household sharing is explicit. Share only the supported resources and permissions you choose; private accounts and documents are not automatically shared.
Yes, but each product has its own sign-in and data. Personal does not read Business accounts, staff records or documents, and Business does not read your private Personal finances.
No. It connects supporting evidence with a payment and helps organise records. Your accountant still needs to review the circumstances and applicable tax treatment.
The Personal Help Centre includes step-by-step guides and explains the purpose of each area. Open Personal and choose Help for guides including Budget Planner and Document Vault.
