1. Cancelling a subscription
Customers can cancel their subscription through their account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. No cancellation fee is charged.
2. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, customers will generally retain access until the end of the period already paid for unless access is suspended for misuse, security risk or another serious breach of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Refund requests
Amounts already paid are not automatically refundable simply because a customer changes their mind or stops using the service during a paid period. However, refund requests will be assessed case by case, including where required by law or where there has been a billing error.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the service fails to meet a non-excludable consumer guarantee, the remedies available under that law continue to apply.
