Account and organisation help
For sign-in, invitation, venue access or subscription questions, include the email address used for your account and the organisation name. Never send your password. Organisation owners and managers should describe the affected venue and staff role where relevant.
Employment decisions and the contents of workplace records are controlled by the organisation using Worksheets. Staff should normally contact their employer first about leave, payroll, timesheet or profile decisions.
Privacy and data requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information by email. We may need to verify your identity and may refer employment-record requests to the organisation that controls those records. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Report a security concern
Tell us what happened, when it occurred, which part of the service was affected and how we can contact you. Do not include unnecessary personal information or actively exploit a suspected issue. We will review credible reports and may ask for further details.
For an urgent account concern, sign out of shared devices, reset the affected account password and contact us promptly.
