Worksheets Business

Bring staff hours, invoices, daily takings and banking records into an organisation workspace built around your venues.

People and venues

Collect staff records where the work happens.

Owners and managers need a clear view across venues. Staff need access to their own work without seeing the whole organisation's financial or personnel records.

Timesheets and payroll exports

Use venue QR clocking with GPS checks, review shift warnings and prepare payroll-hour exports. Keep staff profiles, availability and leave alongside the hours used for payroll preparation.

Explore staff timesheets and payroll

Multi-venue access

Invite staff to assigned venues or grant access across the organisation when appropriate. Owners and managers can review venue activity within their permissions without combining another organisation's records.

Explore multi-venue operations

Payroll exports support a review and transfer workflow. They are not a direct Xero or MYOB connection, an STP lodgement, or a substitute for checking payroll in your payroll system.

From paperwork to records

Capture invoices and receipts, then review the details.

Invoice and receipt OCR

Upload a document, review extracted supplier details, dates, invoice numbers and amounts, and correct uncertain fields. Staff can add purchase or delivery context so the record explains more than the image alone.

Explore invoice and receipt OCR

Supplier price tracking

Use invoice line items to review how product prices change over time. Keep order quantity, pack size and unit price distinct, and refer back to the existing invoice rather than storing a second image.

Explore supplier price tracking

Document extraction is an aid, not a guarantee. Review totals, GST fields and unit prices against the original before relying on the result.

Close the day with a clear record

Keep daily takings and cash counts together.

Record venue takings manually or review details suggested from a POS report photo. Keep EFTPOS settlement and cash declarations connected to the day being reviewed, including denomination counts and explanations for differences.

Staff complete required denomination counts. Authorised administrators retain the wider review record, while staff access remains limited.

Explore daily cash reconciliation

Accounting preparation

Review bank transactions without recording the same expense twice.

Bank CSV reconciliation

Import a bank CSV and inspect individual transactions. Match payments to existing records where appropriate, or categorise a new transaction using your organisation's chart of accounts and tax treatment. Keep the import history available for review.

Ledger, assets and depreciation

Prepare and review draft journals, post reviewed entries and retain the accounting trail. Link asset purchases to the relevant categories and review depreciation or disposal entries separately from ordinary operating expenses.

Bank CSV import is not a live bank feed. Your bookkeeper or accountant should review account categories, GST treatment and accounting entries before relying on them for reporting.

Business, explained.

Is Worksheets Business for individuals or organisations?

It is designed for hospitality organisations and their venues, owners, managers and staff. Choose Worksheets Personal for private accounts, household budgets, personal goals and documents.

Does Business include my Personal finances?

No. The products have separate sign-ins, databases, storage and permissions. Business users cannot access Personal financial records through their organisation role.

Is a card required for the trial?

The Business trial lasts seven days and does not require a card. An active subscription is needed after the trial. See Business pricing for current plans, staff and venue limits, and OCR allowances.

Can staff see every record?

No. Access depends on role, assigned venues and the workflow. Administrators have the review tools they are permitted to use; staff do not receive unrestricted access to organisational history or other staff profiles.

One organisation. Connected operations.

Give your team a clearer daily workflow.
